Our team installed sheet membrane waterproofing systems to all balconies and planter boxes throughout the estate. These robust membranes provide exceptional protection against water ingress, making them ideal for exposed outdoor areas such as balconies and landscaped planter structures.
In addition to the external works, Optimo Waterproofing completed below-ground waterproofing for retaining walls, protecting structural elements from moisture penetration and groundwater pressure.
